Founded in 2004, homecome is a not-for-profit property management company with a mission. We're dedicated to providing quality housing solutions for families in need. We currently manage or own over 200 properties across Leicester, including homes owned by private landlords. Our partnership with the Council ensures that all tenants, especially those from the Council's Housing Register, receive safe, secure, and well-maintained homes.
Our mission goes beyond standard property management. homecome reinvests surplus rental income to acquire additional properties in Leicester, further expanding our capacity to house families from the Council's Housing Register. This reinvestment helps us continuously grow our impact and address the city's housing needs more effectively.
